On-Site Service
- Scheduling: Due to the nature of our business schedules may vary depending on urgency of request. Intellectual Development Inc. (IDIPC) reserves the right to refuse any requests.
-Service Area: Intellectual Development Inc. (IDIPC) primarily covers Saint Charles County and West St. Louis County. A one-way travel charge will apply to all other areas.
-Software licensing: It is the responsible of the customer to make sure all software installed or provided to Intellectual Development Inc. (IDIPC) is legal. Intellectual Development Inc. (IDIPC) is not responsible for any software contained on equipment or provided by customer.
-Age requirement: For on-site services, a person of at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period services are provided.
Payment
- Intellectual Development Inc. (IDIPC) accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal
- If your check is returned by the bank as unpaid for any reason, you will be liable for a $20 charge and immediate payment.
